Napoli are in advanced talks to sign QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar.

Sky Italia says Napoli have already agreed a season-long loan with QPR for the Brazilian. But personal terms are yet to be struck.

Julio Cesar is seeking a salary of €.2.6 million, while Napoli's offer is for €2.2 million.

The former Inter Milan No1 is likely to arrive to replace Morgan de Sanctis, who is wanted by AS Roma.
