The agent of Lorenzo Insigne says the Napoli striker isn't panicking over a knee setback.
Insigne withdrew from the Italy squad today, as he's suffering with a knee injury, and will undergo further checks at Castel Volturno tomorrow.
“On Sunday night, Insigne got a kick from Bertolacci," Antonio Ottaiano explained to Radio Marte.
“The national team preferred that he went back to Napoli. He'll be assessed by the Napoli medical staff, but [team doctor Alfonso] De Nicola is very calm."
Insigne has been replaced in the Azzurri squad by Milan's Giacomo Bonaventura for the matches against Azerbaijan and Norway.
