Nani has paid tribute to former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson as he says goodbye to Old Trafford following his move to Fenerbahce.

The winger spent eight years at Old Trafford from 2007, and he posted on his Instagram account: "I leave Manchester United with many titles and memories; I want to thank all the people who helped me on this journey and wish you all the luck and success!

"Thanks to all my colleagues, to all staff and management structure, thank you Sir Alex Ferguson!"
