Shunsuke Nakamura is ready to quit Espanyol at the end of the season.

The Celtic legend has failed to settle in Spain and his biographer, Martin Greig, has told Sport he expects the Japanese star to leave the country in June.

Nakamura has struggled to convince coach Mauricio Pochettino this season and a return to Japan after the World Cup is likely for the midfield playmaker.
