Naismith happy to wait for chance at Rangers

The 21-year-old forward was the first name on the team sheet every week at Kilmarnock but has been left on the bench most weeks since his August move to Ibrox.

"I'm much younger than some of the other players and I'm here to learn," he said. "Any chance I get, hopefully I can take it. It's a massive learning process for me, I've signed a five-year contract so I'm in no rush.

"The squad is very strong and it's massive so you just have to bide your time, do well in training and take any chance that comes your way.

"You can't come from a smaller club to a massive club like Rangers and think, 'I should be starting every week'. I'm just happy to be learning so much."
