Everton attacker Steven Naismith is backing Romelu Lukaku to hit the 20 goal barrier this season.

The striker took his tally for the season to 15 goals and eight in his last 10 games with a brace in Thursday's Europa League last-32 second-leg win over Young Boys.

"I'm sure that is the target for him and I'm confident he will do it," Naismith said.

"He maybe didn't start the season so well but that is probably because he had been away at the World Cup, and never really had a great pre-season. But he has grown into the season and scored some big goals."
