Liverpool's apparent move for Aston Villa defender Luke Young has been shrouded in mystery or more so secrecy with nobody prepared to reveal what is happening.
Villa boss Martin O'Neill has said a Premiership rival have made a bid for the 31-year old but did not name the club and Reds manager Roy Hodgson has not confirmed or denied whether he has made a move or not.
