Boaz Myhill says Hull City's players have accepted manager Phil Brown's very public halftime rant at them last week.

Myhill said: "Players will react differently to different situations but it has given us renewed impetus to put on a good performance in front of our home fans.

"It is up to the manager to manage his players how he feels best. It's up to the players to take that on board and produce a good performance.

"We are all disappointed, nobody goes on the pitch to do that purposefully.

"Obviously it is up to us to pick up the pieces."
