Boaz Myhill isn't ready to step aside at West Bromwich Albion for when Ben Foster is fully fit.

Foster is weeks away from a return and is a man on a mission, with his place in England's World Cup squad virtually guaranteed.

"I'm up against it, but all you can do is your best. It's the manager's decision," said Myhill.
