Adrian Mutu insists he wants to stay with Fiorentina.
Speaking to La Repubblica, Mutu said: "I don't know who puts these rumours around. I would like to stay with Fiorentina for a long time.
"But I am not the only one who decides, there is also the club. We will speak and then we will see."
Asked if something had bothered him recently, Mutu replied: "If I have to be sincere then yes. The fact that my performances have been judged more for the goals that I have not scored than for what I have done on the pitch.
"Knowing that I was going through a difficult moment, in which I had to rediscover my fitness, I put myself at the service of the team and I worked above all for the others. But few people outside the club have noticed it."
