The mother of Riyad Mahrez says he should stay with Leicester City.
Mahrez is coveted by Europe's top clubs, including Arsenal, Barcelona and Real Madrid, after inspiring the Foxes to the brink of the Premier League crown.
Mrs Mahrez brought up the 25-year-old as a single parent in the tough Paris suburb of Sarcelles after his father, Ahmed, died a decade ago.
She told The Sun: “I really hope Riyad stays at Leicester.
“They have opened up the doors to glory for him.
“They are a club that suits him perfectly, so that is why I wish to see my son continue his career with them and remain in England.
“I want him to stay put, and strongly advise him to stay in the Premier League. England is the country where he has made his name and where he has been voted the country's best player.
“He has adapted really well to life over here. Even though he has the final decision, I would love him to stay."
