Hayden Mullins has highlighted the positive approach of new West Ham manager Gianfranco Zola.
Mullins was on the mark for the Hammers in their draw with Middlesbrough and said: "We've been on a bad run but you have to stay positive.
"The manager has come in every day with a smile on his face and he brings all his experience into training."
On his personal situation, Mullins added: "You've just got to keep ticking over ... when I'm asked to go and play, I'm going to do my best."
