Former FBK Kaunas midfielder Adrian Mrowiec is happy with his move to Hearts. He said: "I know how well Artur Boruc has done and Lukasz Zaluska at Dundee United, too. I know them, but they are not people I would call my friends.
"But obviously I would also like to do well here. I am very happy to be at Hearts. I played in Lithuania for three years and wanted a change of country. The league in Scotland is very good and I hope I can perform here.
"I played for Kaunas against Rangers and that was a memorable experience. We were happy with the 0-0 draw at Ibrox and we knew it would be difficult for them in Kaunas. We went a goal down but didn't panic and managed an equaliser. We kept on playing in the second half and got a late goal, which made us all very happy.
"It would be great to play for Hearts in Europe. Everybody wants to be in the Champions League but our first target must be the UEFA Cup and then we will see what happens."
