Bee Taechaubol has reduced his offer for AC Milan.
The Thai businessman is fronting a multi-nation consortium to buyout the Rossoneri from owner Silvio Berlusconi.
Tuttosport says Mr Bee is competing with Chinese powerbroker Richard Lee for ownership of Milan.
And after examining the club's books, Mr Bee has dropped his bid from €1.2 million to €750 million.
The Thai is expected in Italy on Friday.
Lee, meanwhile, is willing to offer €600 million for 75 per cent of Milan.
