Moyes won't quit Sunderland for Scotland

According to reports from the Daily Star,David Moyes will not be swapping Sunderland for Scotland anytime soon.

Following Scotland's 3-0 defeat at the hands of England on Friday, Gordon Strachan's future as manager of the Tartan Army has been put into doubt and there have been reports that the 59-year-old could soon be replaced by Sunderland boss Moyes at the helm of the national team.

However the Daily Star report claims that although Moyes dreams of one day becoming Scotland manager, he is not prepared to walk out on Sunderland and is instead focusing on helping the Black Cats recover from their current predicament.

The Wearside club currently sits bottom of the Premier League table with five point from 11 matches but their recent 2-1 win at AFC Bournemouth has given Moyes hope.
