West Ham boss David Moyes is willing to give Javier Hernandez a chance this season.

The pair didn't see eye-to-eye while together at Manchester United.

However, Moyes has no problem with Chicharito and will give him every opportunity to impress, says the Daily Mail.

Unfortunately, the 29-year-old striker picked up a hamstring injury while winning a penalty during his 100th appearance for Mexico against Belgium on Friday.

He will be checked out by West Ham medical staff this week before declaring whether he is fit for Moyes's first game against Watford next Sunday.

Chicharito has scored four of West Ham's 11 goals this season and his contribution will be vital as Moyes looks to steer the London Stadium club away from relegation trouble.
