Gary McAllister could be offered a surprise return to football by David Moyes at Real Sociedad.AS says former Manchester United and Everton manager Moyes is on the brink of agreeing terms with Real over a deal through to 2017.
He is expected to bring his own staff with him to Real, which could include former Liverpool captain McAllister.
Moyes is turning to McAllister after Phil Neville chose to turn down an offer to become the Scot's No2 at Real to continue his media career in England.
McAllister has previous managerial experience with Coventry City and Leeds United.
