Sunderland manager David Moyes believes the Black Cats were unlucky to cop 5 goals in their end of season clash with Chelsea on Sunday.
The Blues bounced back from Sunderland's early opener to smash home 5 unanswered goals.
Willian, Eden Hazard, Pedro and a brace from Michy Batshuayi ensured Chelsea would end their title-winning season on a high.
"I don't think we deserved [the game] to finish in the fashion it did," said the Scotsmen.
"For long periods the players did their best to hang in there. Chelsea are top for a reason and we tried to make the gap between the two teams as small as possible.
"It's been painful at times. We are gutted about the season, but now we have to get over it quickly and get ready to go again."
