David Moyes is emerging as a shock favourite to replace Slaven Bilic at West Ham United.
The former Manchester United and Sunderland manager is likely to step in if the Irons sack Bilic during international week.
Moyes' odds fell last night with the bookies making him hot favourite.
After defeat to Liverpool, joint-chairmen David Sullivan and David Gold now have a decision to make going into the international break. It is understood that the £3million compensation package Bilic would be due – added to the cost of hiring a replacement – is keeping him in the job, says the Mirror.
However, Moyes would not cost a penny in compensation as he's out of work – that would appeal to the Hammers chiefs.
