David Moyes sees Phil Neville as a future Everton manager.

Moyes is convinced of the quality of Neville.

"He could be. He's got all the traits: his winning mentality, his thought process and the way he reads the mood. He's a model professional on and off the pitch. But it's not easy to go from being a great player to a great manager," he told the Daily Mail.
