West Ham boss David Moyes says work is already underway for the summer market.
Moyes revealed plans are being put in place ahead of the next transfer window regardless of who sits in his chair.
“I think what we're trying to do at the moment is quickly get some scouts and a recruitment organisation together to get us ready for the summer," he said.
“We won't be employing a head of recruitment before the end of the season we'll be taking our time, making sure we get the right people for that role."
