Manchester United boss David Moyes admits he now feels more settled in the job.
United are at Cardiff City today.
"Every week I'm feeling more comfortable but what comes with comfort is winning," he said.
"The players are getting used to me and it's starting to go in the right direction.
"There is a lot of focus on me and Manchester United and I understand why, even though there are probably similar situations at other clubs.
"But I knew before I came here that everyone wants to talk about Manchester United."
