Sunderland's 4-0 away win over fellow strugglers Crystal Palace was their first victory in seven Premier League games, and Black Cats boss David Moyes hopes it can kick-start a decent run of form.
"We had a great result last week," he says. "The players showed what they can do. We're in a good mood but we also know we've got a long way to go and a lot more to do.
"We have to get those performances and the players have shown the standard they can play to. If we play at that level we'll give ourselves every chance of moving off the bottom of the league."
