Everton boss David Moyes believes the international break comes at the right time for his squad.

Phil Neville (knee), Steven Pienaar (knee) and Leon Osman (foot) are all targeting a return to action for the next Premier League game at Manchester United on 21 November.

"The games are coming thick and fast but that's the way we want it. I would like some more players to choose from but I am trying to not go on about it," Moyes told evertonfc.com.

"The break will give some of the players a chance to get closer to fitness. That means Phil, Leon and Steven are all likely to be pushing for a return then (at Old Trafford)."
