Moyes insists Everton can get better

Everton boss David Moyes feels they can get even better after victories over Chelsea and Manchester City.

Moyes was understandably thrilled with the victory but wants his side to keep on winning.

"It was a great result for us and there were good parts of the performance as well," he told evertonfc.com. "The strange thing is I think we can play much better. I think we'll play better once we hopefully get a bit of confidence and the wins take us along

"We got off to a great start with the early goal and it gave us something to hang on to. In fact, we started well in the first 15 minutes or so, but then I thought they grew into the game and we had to ride our luck a bit on a couple of occasions. But I thought in the second half we didn't look as if we were going to concede - I thought we defended brilliantly well."
