Everton boss David Moyes believes they've sold themselves short in Europa League defeats to Benfica.

Moyes is confident his team will respond to his demands and relishes an opportunity to avenge the double defeat to Benfica. He admitted: "Some managers have said Europe is a distraction and I hope not to buy into that.

"However, I've got to watch it doesn't have a big effect on our Premier League status.

"That said, I'd like to get another game against Benfica further down the line with some of our missing players back.

"They would play a big part for us."
