Manchester United boss David Moyes was pleased to see Sir Alex Ferguson back at Old Trafford on Saturday.
Ferguson took in United's win over Crystal Palace.
Moyes said: "He was at the game on Saturday and I shared some time with him and talked about the game. I've not talked to him about Leverkusen, Sociedad and Shakhtar. I speak to him quite regularly and talked to him recently about the number of games we've got coming up and how he would usually use the squad at times like this."
