Manchester United boss David Moyes is pleased with the progress of his loan players.
Nick Powell (Wigan Athletic), Jesse Lingard (Birmingham City) and Federico Macheda (Doncaster Rovers) have all been among the goals of late while Angelo Henriquez is making a splash in Spain with Real Zaragoza.
"It tells you about the back-up players we've got in the squad that we can allow these players to go on loan," explained Moyes to MUTV. "And they are doing well at their respective clubs.
"We have got a really good squad of players and there is a lot of competition for places.
"I'm delighted to see Nick, Jesse and Federico getting goals. It shows they are doing well, especially the young ones, as we're trying to give them games and get them more practice so they are ready for the real big league when their time comes."
