West Brom boss Tony Mowbray has told Dutch youngster Sherjill MacDonald he has the ability to match Liverpool winger Ryan Babel.
He said: "Sherjill has got the assets but at this moment they don't click into place.
"He can be like Ryan Babel of Liverpool. He is as fast and as talented with his feet but it doesn't quite click into place, whereas Gianni's (Gianni Zuiverloon) game is clicking into gear."
