West Brom boss Tony Mowbray admits he fears his top players being picked off by Premiership rivals.
Mowbray insisted: "I don't think we're too far away from having a pretty decent team in the Premier League. If we can keep all the players I want - the important cogs - and we can get back up, I think we'll finish halfway up the league.
"I know they all want to play in the Premier League. But my message to the ones I brought here and signed in the last couple of years is that if you've played your part in this season you owe this team and the supporters a year at least to get back.
"I don't care if we have a £10million bid - they owe it to everybody to stay for another year."
