West Brom boss Tony Mowbray is confident of filling the void left by new Fulham signing Zoltan Gera.
Mowbray told his club's official website: "I'd like to think I had a great working relationship with Zoltan.
"I was looking at a photo of the squad from when I arrived and there is over 20-odd players who have left from that picture. The team evolves and football by its nature evolves.
"Zoltan's gone and we have to try and bring someone else in who the supporters think 'wow, we like him!'
"Then Zoltan goes from their minds and the next one comes along.
"It's the supporters who remain constant and the team keeps moving on."
