Yura Movsisyan rescued Real Salt Lake's season last week with a last minute goal against Colorado to help his team reach the play offs and it seems the habit is not broken. Scoring against Chivas USA in the last minute of the first leg of the Western semi-final in Utah, Movsisyan has given Real Salt Lake a one goal advantage going into the return leg in Los Angeles next week.
Movsisyan was still a little unbelieving after the match: "I never thought, in my career, that it would ever happen to me.
"I always thought I was going to earn every goal I scored. You've got to have some luck, too. I think it's the right time to get lucky. Last week is never going to repeat again. Just the amount of pressure that was on us, and just the amount of expectations ... but, we exceed everybody's expectations. And now, we're out to do more special things."
Chivas USA will have to take better defensive action in the return leg to make sure third time is not a real charm.
