Steven Mouyokolo is ready to challenge for a starting place at Wolves.
The signing from Hull City came on for his Barclays Premier League debut for the club in the closing stages of Saturday's victory over Manchester City.
This followed two Carling Cup starts against Notts County and Manchester United respectively, the latter ending in a tight defeat at Old Trafford.
"I enjoyed the Manchester United game," Mouyokolo told the Wolves website. "It was my second start but always going to be a step-up against a Premier League team after playing against Notts County before.
"It was exciting to be out there at Old Trafford and show people what I can do when I'm 100 per cent fit.
"It was frustrating I didn't end up on the winning side but that's football - you just have to get on with it."
