Jose Mourinho has made it clear to Florentino Perez he will only take the Real Madrid job if five demands are met. Corriere dello Sport says during talks with Perez's people, Inter Milan boss Mourinho set out five criteria that needed to be agreed to for the move to happen.
Total Control
Mourinho will demand no interference and only wants to report to one person - the president.
Three backroom staff
Mourinho wants to bring with him to Madrid three of his Inter backroom team. Fitness coach Rui Felipe de Cunha, keeper coach Silvino de Almeida and assistant manager Andrè Vilas-Boas.
Wages
The Special One wants his Real wages to match the £7 million-a-year he earns at Inter. Mourinho also wants his salary to increase if his players, whether current or future, begin earning more than him. The demand is similar to what Fabio Capello enjoyed during his time as Real coach.
Squad
Mourinho wants a small squad and will not tolerate more than 23 players.
Transfer Market
Mourinho wants final say on transfers, which will include Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso and Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo. He also would like to bring with him Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
