Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is eager to drive down the size of his squad in January.

The Sun says Memphis Depay heads the list of players that could leave as Mourinho looks to trim his squad of 27 players.

Morgan Schneiderlin, Matteo Darmian Marcos Rojo, Sam Johnstone, Marouane Fellaini, Anthony Martial, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Daley Blind and Ashley Young could all be on their way out of Old Trafford.

Young is wanted by four Premier League clubs in January.
