Mourinho wants to sign Drogba to help Chelsea get around FFP

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is taking a close look at bringing Didier Drogba back from Galatasaray.

The Mirror says Drogba could be back at Chelsea next season - because of Financial Fair Play.

Roman Abramovich and the Chelsea hierarchy are determined to keep within the parameters set by UEFA's FFP provisions.

The Galatasaray contract of Drogba expires in June.

And being able to land Drogba for nothing - even if he would expect a healthy salary for a one-year contract - makes the prospect more possible for Chelsea.
