Incoming Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho intends to offload three senior players.

The Sun says he has identified the first three Manchester United players who will be axed when he arrives at Old Trafford.

Bastian Schweinsteiger, Antonio Valencia and Adnan Januzaj will be the first three shown the door in Mourinho's restructure.

A series of injuries has prevented Schweinsteiger, 31, from finding his feet.

Valencia managed just 14 Premier League appearances this season and could be deemed surplus to requirements with Matteo Darmian and Timothy Fosu-Mensah challenging for a starting berth.

Meanwhile Mourinho's track record with youth isn't overly established and he may decide to dispense with the developing youngster, Januzaj.
