Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has again railed against management - this time over Gonzalo Higuain's back injury. Mourinho believes he's lost Higuain for the season as the striker has failed to recover after it was decided to skip initial surgery.
"You have to operate, without any doubt. Some people (referring to Dr. Enric Cáceres) spoke about recovery without surgery. A lie repeated becomes truth," snapped Mourinho.
"A month later they changed their minds and were enlightened, and now there is a player who needs an operation.
"It's a shame because he's a great guy. I'm sorry for the team."
