Mourinho not bothered by Grant role in Chelsea exit

Jose Mourinho insists he doesn't care if Avram Grant played a role in his demise at Chelsea last week.

He told the News of the World: "I don't care if I was stabbed in the back. I don't care if that's true.

"I don't want to spend my time and energy fretting about that. I don't care about anything that happens at Chelsea any more, who they buy, who they sell, who is the manager."

Speculation is already rife about where Mourinho will go next, and he has so far received two job offers.

He is keen to get back into management but does not expect to take a new post for at least a couple of months.

"I have had two offers already - but I don't tell you from where, just that I wasn't interested in either," he explained. "I'm only talking time off because of the circumstances of football.

"Nobody sacks managers in September or October - well not normally - so I'm ready when a job comes."
