Mourinho names Alexis, Angel Gomes in Man Utd FA Cup squad

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has named Alexis Sanchez and Angel Gomes in his squad for their FA Cup tie with Yeovil Town tonight.

Gomes, 17, made his first-team debut against Crystal Palace in May, becoming the youngest player to represent United since the great Duncan Edwards in 1953.

He signed his first professional contract with United last month and academy chief Nicky Butt tipped him for a 'very bright future' because of his 'good aptitude for learning, coupled with his natural talent'.

Now, the Salford lad has been rewarded along with fellow youngster Kieran O'Hara, who also boarded the plane at Manchester airport.
