Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho may promote from within to solve his striker crisis.
Mourinho has been linked with several big names this week, including Edin Dzeko (Wolfsburg), Emmanuel Adebayor (Manchester City) and Hugo Almeida (Werder Bremen).
However, as he seeks a new centre-forward, Mourinho may turn to local lad Alvaro Morata.
The 18 year-old stands at 1.9 metres and was taken to LA on preseason by Mourinho.
"Morata has great potential. He is still very young, but his time will come," said the Real coach.
