Jose Mourinho has made four demands to Real Madrid president Florentino Perez if he is to become coach next season. Don Balon says the Inter Milan boss is prepared to move to Madrid this summer - if Perez agrees to his four requests.

Mourinho wants total control of transfers, the signings of Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez and Inter Milan fullback Douglas Maicon, a direct line of communication with Perez and reduced roles for general manager Jorge Valdano and sports director Miguel Pardeza.

Mourinho is also willing to take a pay-cut on his €12 million Inter salary to closer to €8 million - if Perez agrees to include substantial bonus terms in the agreement.
