Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho is interested in the job at Real Madrid, it has been revealed.

Sport says sources close to Mourinho have indicated the former Chelsea boss is unsettled at Inter and intermediaries working on his behalf have made contact with Florentino Perez.

Perez is putting together his team to stand for the upcoming Real elections and while he favours AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti, Mourinho's global profile is sure to appeal to him.
