Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho insists they're working hard to bring through players from their youth system.

Mourinho says Chelsea are working hard to replicate Manchester United in bringing teenagers through their academy.

He said: "You can see that since I left (in 2007), Chelsea didn't have really a player coming direct from the academy to the first team. John Terry was the last and it was before me."
