Mourinho: I'm better manager now than when I left Chelsea

Jose Mourinho has no doubt he returns to Chelsea a much better manager than when he left. Asked to compare the Mourinho of today with the Jose of 2004, he answered in a flash:

"I'm better now.

"Because my job is the kind where experience means a lot, where age, years of work and experience count.

"After my period with Chelsea I then went around Europe. I had two years with Inter Milan and three in Spain. So I have more football culture than before, more experience than before.

"So I'm in a better condition now than before because my job is a learning experience. And I think the white hairs that I have, for me, it's a good sign too because it also means that I am better than before."
