Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is hoping for a turn in his team's fortunes after back-to-back wins during the past week.
The Blues defeated Norwich City 1-0 in the Premier League on Saturday and followed that up with an impressive 4-0 Champions League away win over Maccabi Tel Aviv on Tuesday night.
The victory in Israel sent Chelsea to the top of Group G after Porto lost at home to Dynamo Kyiv and Mourinho is hoping it breeds plenty of confidence within his playing group.
"It was very important especially with what happened in Porto," Mourinho said.
"It is also important to have two victories in a few days. I hope tranquility comes, morale comes, confidence comes.
"In this moment we are in a good position. They [Maccabi] don't deserve such a hard punishment; they did OK for periods of the game with ten men.
"Asmir Begovic had a beautiful hand to keep a clean sheet. The pitch doesn't help; it was really difficult for us."
