Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho was happy to jest with critics after their 1-0 win over Fiorentina.

Diego Milito's penalty beat Fiorentina and, as Juve lost 2-0 in Sardinia, opens up an eight-point lead.

"My team won and suddenly I am talented again," he grinned sarcastically on Sky Sport television.

"This was the most important game and Inter put in a great performance. For 80 minutes my side played better and had the chances to score.

"We did net earlier, but the referee disallowed it and our goal came in the end."
