Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho has given Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari a vote of confidence.

Ex-Blues manager Mourinho said: "Chelsea is a very well organised club. It has a good structure.

"I think Scolari is well surrounded and protected.

"And, after all, he was Brazilian national coach. From a coaching point of view that is not difficult, but from a social point of view it is very difficult.

"It is the kind of place where everyone thinks he is a coach and everyone thinks they are better than the national coach.

"There cannot be a job which has more pressure than that. From that point of view Scolari is quite well prepared."
