Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is now after AS Roma's Kostas Manolas, according to The Sun.
The Red Devils remain intent on signing a new central defender this winter and after seeing talks hit a snag with Benfica over Victor Lindelof, have focused their attention on Roma star Manolas.
Tribalfootball columnist Emanuele Giulianelli writes in The Sun that Mourinho has offered Roma £32.5million for the 25-year-old Greece international.
Back in May, Mourinho was keen on Manolas, and his Giallorossi teammate Alessandro Forenzi, and his interest for the former Olympiakos has not evidently not waned.
United were all systems go for Sweden international Lindelof recently but negotiations with Portuguese giants Benfica have hit a wall and Manolas is now on the radar.
