Gary Neville believes Jose Mourinho will be deeply disappointed by his side's 'softness'.
The former Manchester United captain is of the belief that the Portuguese will be 'devastated' by the fact that his Red Devils are unable to see games out when in a winning position.
Regarding Sunday's 1-1 draw with Everton at Goodison Park, which saw Leighton Baines score a late penalty, Neville told Sky Sports: "It got to 85 minutes and you knew it was a big moment.
"It's not a one off, it's getting to the stage where you are saying is that what they are, because they have done it so many times.
"Jose Mourinho will be losing faith in the sense they are playing quite well - although they didn't play brilliantly today - but not seeing it out. You have to see it out. That's the disappointment.
Neville added that Mourinho will be "devastated that his team have a softness to them and can't see games out."
